I can't find Renesco

I'm trying to solve the Wright murder, I've been directed to Renesco in the commercial district, but he's not in his shop. Does anyone know where he is?

And now we are moving on to your question:

Are you sure that you are looking in the right shop? Renescos place doesnt look like a shop from the outside. Its the first building to your characters right, when you enter the region. Just north of the church.

And if he really isnt there, try getting the Uranium mine quest from Zaius in Broken Hills, maybe he will show up then.

looks like you really enjoyed that...

Besides what Woozaii mentioned, the time of the day may have something to do with Renesco not beeing in his shop.
Also, this could be a bug, wouldn't be that suprised if it is. In that case, I do not believe that he would just appear if you take quest(s), since he isn't there at the beginning.
