| |  hello fallout friends
hi my fellow amigos i have a problem.
i have wish to play fallout with a retarded player which is quit hard really no one will talk to me.
*question can any one tell me how to make vic join with me he said he will but dosen't add him self to my team I have plenty CH.
Oh one more thin I have 3 ST lol and I battered all the slavers with just a knuckle duster. Took me loads of time and lots of saving but I did it  |

now one is following me and my ch is only 2 and i have the newest verstion i know this coz they are children in the towns. the last time i had a copy there where no children. and i brourgh it from game last week |

| | | Okay, that's the reason why Vic won't follow you.
The number of NPCs in your party is calculated by dividing Charisma by 2. So, since you have CHA = 2, your total number of members is 1. You have already used that slot, so no new members can join your party...
