I have visited Gecko and found an underground base or something, what is it ?

It's part of the installation for the second reactor that was never built. Also, remember the cartoon "Pinky and the Brain"? There's a giant rat down there and you can help him take over the world! But you have to bring him a box of Cheezy-Poofs.

I didn't try to go down there cause I was level 2 and I droped the Cheezy-Poofs. Thanks for the info
