Dr. Fung won't talk to me

Hi, I am currently in San Fransisco, and got Chips spleen back from Wong. Now he asked me to talk to Fung about it. Problem is, Fung just stands in his doorway, and whenever I try to talk to him he says something along the lines of "go talk to your cults doctors". I did join the Hubologists since I last saw him, so that may be it, but I can't seem to find a doctor amongst them. What can I do?
