Character Editor

High all I am returning to play fallout 1 after a long break from it and was wanting to use an editor to see what all I missed from beating it the first time. I tried downloading the editor falche11 but cannot seem to make it work for me. Does anyone have a dumbed down explanation on how you use that editor?

You start it, you select the savegame you want to edit and you edit your stats.

The editors out there doesn't work with newer or patched versions of the game.
