Boxing trouble

I went to Reno to do some boxing. Just for fun, didnt really care how it went.
Lvl 4, 72 Unarmed and 5 of 42 hp, i know its not much but it was all i needed to get to the masticator. Then i missed a critical and to no suprise losed n knockout. Then i asked to fight again and that fight didnt even start beforei loosed on "knockout". What is wrong here??

The boxing ring is a little bugged sometimes. I suggest you load a saved game, before that first lost match. I have encountered several problems with the ring. Sometimes the match wont stop, even if I've killed my opponent and can't get out of the ring... Save after every match until they're all over.

BTW did any of u guys rip off Masticator's ear ? I know its possible but i never managed to do it. And when he rips your ear off, you lose 1 or 2 charisma but what do you get? It says on description something like "you'll probably want to load game imediatelly but of course this has something special".

Patch wont help. I've got some serious bugs there with the latest version. Hmm I've lost my ears couple of times, but never succeeded to bite his ear off.

Actually pretty sure you cant bite off Masticators ear but Masticator can bite your ear off and then it´s shown as Players Ear on inventory...

Or then it´s really random when you get to bite Masticators ear.

Cuz i saw Masticator's ear in Mapper as item. Maybe you need to be stupid agressive tribal to do that? or not to eat to long so ur so desperate to eat ears?

Remember don't fight fare and use the infamous save feature.

You could try the plated boxing gloves. There are in the same area as where the masticator was locked up.

There is an option after each fight to stop. Stop go get those gloves. Return and use the plated ones. Always fun to beat the snaut out of someone using the fake gloves.

After i completed the game, some of the prostitutes in New Reno said something along the lines of: You scored 499 points out of 500... You should have used the mastikators ear on Frank Horrigan, but when i try, it doesn't do anything. And i think 2 Charisma is quite a lot, so i always try to avoid it.
