Something interesting happened in this quest and I thought to share it with you.

Thomas Moore gave me a suitcase to bring it to Bishop.I did it and after that Bishop said that Moore also warned him that I can't be trusted, so he attacked me with his guards.I found out there's no way to avoid this attack no matter which dialogue options I choose.I don't know what's the reason for his attack, it's maybe my karma which was about 400 at the time I gave him the suitcase?Well, when I found out that he'll attack me no matter what I do, I loaded my previous saved game, f***ed his wife and then entered his room. There was no option to tell him I have a suitcase, so I had to eradicate Bishop family from New Reno. The only person left alive was Bishop's wife and townsfolk in the main hall of course.

But when I returned to Moore, I couldn't initiate a dialogue with him, he just says that I should deliver the case to Bishop.I can't even attack him to get my revenge, because there are too many VC guards around.

Anyone knows why Bishop disliked me from the beginning?

You should check some gamefaq guides, it all depends on what you say to Moore

Obviously you chose some dialogue with Moore when you got the briefcase that made him distrust you. It can happen.

Thank you, I didn't even think about that I chose wrong dialogue option with Moore, I'll try the quest again next time I decide to replay the game.

I'm glad you had interest in answering on an old question and bumping up the topic again.

The Empathy perk is excellent for most of the dialogue with red denoting "bad" responses and blue "good".

It's not always that cut and dried though, but with Moore I believe it is (I can go check with my own game when I come home.) An example of red being the correct response is trying to get Cassidy to join you where you have to choose a red response first before you get the dialogue for him to join.

And you're very welcome, its been awhile since I read these forums

Thanks for the info, I never used it so far, I'll try it in my next replay of the game.
