Lightbulb Adds to The Nearly Ultimate Fallout 2 Guide

I have found some things in the game that isn't in Per Jorner's guide:

1) In Gecko: You can't get quest 4 if you repair the reactor before talking to Skeeter.

2) In Redding: After you take Obidiah Hakeswill into custody (quest 2), you can still kill him. All you have to do is to lockpick the door to the cell, where he is kept, and then kill him. There are three reasons to do that: You'll get kill xp, karma and you will become "accepted" in Redding (Normally, you would still have the "neutral" reputation in Redding after finishing all quests but not killing Obidiah). And no, nobody will care if you kill him.

3) In Broken Hills: There is one much easier way to get the prison key: You can barter for it! And it cost nothing! So you don't have to fiddle with your steal skill.

Has anybody else discovered a new aspect of the game, or something that isn't in Per Jorner's guide?
