Windowed Mode?

Is there some way to get Fable: TLC to play in windowed mode?
I've tried everything!

The Alt+Enter solution given on Microsoft's web site doesn't work
I tried adding -w and then -window to the end of the shortcut, didn't work
I tried rummaging through the .ini file, and while I DID find a SetFullscreen(true) tag, it did nothing different even when I set it to false... and also did nothing when I deleted the entry out of curiosity, so it appears to be a useless entry :P

Anyone have any idea? Some hidden mojo way, some program like EQ Windows?

Hmm, I'd be interested to learn if you can do this too, I've wanted to shrink down that big screen for a while now...
