What time is it?

Hi,

I am a bit new to this awsome game. Read several posts here containing references to different time in the game (Skorms bow).

What I can't figure out is how the clock works?? Does the damn clock go around twice (once for AM and then second turn for PM?)
Or is it 12 PM when the arrow points in the middle of the dark half? That would make the time 6 AM when the arrow points in the middle of the sunny half which doesn't make sense to me.

I feel stupid enough asking this, so go ahead and have a bit o laugh on my behalf. My treat !!

I think it's like this... The halves is separated so when its exactly going to be day its 12 pm and each part has six hours so when its pointing in the middle of day/night its 15:00/21:00 and when the day is exactly going to be night its 18:00 I think....
