You can find Lady Grey at Bowerstone North. If you really want to know more about her, just continue playing the game and find out for yourself as it's more fun to do so.

I met her once on that stairs on my first learning jump-in. However, no luck on the second try still (and parallel third one as well). She just does not show up, and i'm not allowed into North district. As i've got it one have to meet here outside first to be accepted in the Bowerstone North. Have i missed something?

Well, seems one has to win Arena to be found worthy... Shame. Even more shame that, as i've just read, one cannot reject Lady Gray's request to hand down the letter if they're married I'd rather not marry her then

I can't really tell what you're asking ("learning jump-in"?), but you won't be able to get into Bowerstone North until after you've competed in the Arena.

Learning jump-in? I just mean that i always make the first quick run just to get familiar with game mechanics and rules not being serious about playing far. As soon i get hold of it i start over

No, at least I don't think it happens in the TLC version.

Same. Never seen her before the Arena quest (mine's TLC version too). I'm sure the same applies to the original Fable as well.

You dont get to meet her actualy.
But you do get to see her when you girst enter Bowerstone.
In th cutscene she will be shown and the guard will tell you who she is.
