Sword in the stone?

Hey all, I dont know if this has been asked before but is it possible to remove the sword imbedded in the stone at the Avo Temple? I have maxed Physique but I still cant remove the sword.. And I want a better sword before going to the Hook Coast (I got a Master Sword right now with the sharpening and piercing attachments)

It is available on the walkthrough at the fable subsite, and has been asked many times before, try using the search forum function.
