ok i got two questions so here goes

1) after you complete the arena quest is there anyway to get back into the arena or just get the Bright Platemail Chest?

2) is there any way to get rid of quests? i have a evil quest in my log atm umm "Trader Massacre" and as soon as i enter Barrow Fields it activates and all the traders / guards become hostile even tho im all Good. and i can pass through the area cause every time i try it loads a save game of before i entered the area =/

1) No, you cannot enter it, however if you look around through the traders near Knothole Glade, you will find that they stock what you are missing. Also, check out the armourer at Knothole Glade.

2) Sort of. You can start some gold quests which will remove all other active quests. These include the hunting of Jack, and collecting of souls etc.

But if you have finished them, then no, however you can do the quest, and fix up your rep afterwards with no negative consequences.

ok regarding my question on the Trader Massacre quest i cant do any gold quests cause my next one is to go to the grey house and i have to pass through barrowfields to do that so it seems like i have to kill everyone but do any of the traders come back after i kill them? or will they be gone for good?

I'm not sure if they come back. I know the one that sells mushrooms is back right away. Thats all I know, hope it helps some.

Not sure, but you don't need them. You can buy everything next door in Oakvale.
