Skill maxed out effect

i know that when you max out strength. you get hudge, and that when you max out will, you had glowing hands, but what happens when you max out skill?

You get tall. In fact, at some point your height makes it difficult to break open barrels with your fists (you swing over the barrels; really, the only thing that connects is a kick which only happens about 1-in-4 swings).
