is it possible to buy this shop? i tried to kill the owner, but he didn't dye, and i gave him about 800 dmg

Try getting the guards after you, then hiding behind the owner. When they attack you, they should hit the owner and it -should- kill him. I've never actually tried this myself, but I've heard of others who've gotten it to work.

get the owner to follow you out of town,then kill him,then go back and the shop will be for sale,it costs about 142000
