plate armor

i finished the first fable and i got tlc and i was wondering if there was a
plate helm

No. There isn't any plate helm in the TLC version as well. Played through the whole game and the plate armour suits (bright, dark or ordinary) have no helmet.

Are you referring to the bright and dark will user hats? Well, (spoilers, please highlight) you have to complete the Book Collection Quest in order to get either one of them. If you want to get both, I suggest looking around at the walkthrough on this site. It's very useful.

Nothing is called a "plate helmet," but you can find equivalent things here.
