Own A General Store

Can you tell me how to own a General Store and have a person in there and get like those psecial discount? I just had a lot of money and wanted to buy that General Shop in BowerStone North. So I killed the guy, bought it. Do I rent it out? If so when someone rents it does he/she automically bceome the General Shop owner or selling? Newb question sorry.

Um..I really dont know the answer to your question...But I have a question that goes on the same topic...So I might as well just put it here also....

To own a shop you have to kill the shop owner? And if so...Do the items go with him? And if it is possible to rent the shop to another person..Do you get a discount or something like Ownage said?

yes the items go away, well normally, and yes you have to rent it out for rent, but for shops the money you get from rent is rubbish.
if i was you i would just stick with houses...

any way to get a discount you have to get guile up to level 7

But that doenst have anything to do with owning the shop right? Isn't that just the normal discount u get from having a high guile?

That's correct. I don't believe you get any discount for owning the shop.

But there are better ways to get money than renting, just search the forums for the millions of posts about it.
