you cant sleep in any of the guild beds.
if you want a free bed,go to bowerstone and find the weaponsmith.
he should have 2 beds.
the one on the right is the one you can use with no problems.
you can also use any other bed you can find but most of them will pop up a message saying that it does'nt belong to you but you can still use it.
if you do,then be sure to:
A.if bed is in a house/shack:run out of the house/shack and you will not be fined for trespassing.
B.if bed is just lying on the ground(outside shack):do not stand on the bed to prevent problems.
NOTE:in the bandit camps they have beds in their tents,if you use one while standing on it,you will not be fined.
instead they will warn you before attacking(though i've never had them attack me,so its safe to do so)
