How to get horns

Why can't i get big horns? i am about 95% evil and i haven't got any horns... when i was around 50% evil i had small horns but now they are gone...

There could be two things wrong,

A. Your the gosh darn nicest evil guy ever.

B. Your game is glitching,bad.

Perhaps you are wearing a hat and that's covering it, or maybe your alignment has changed without you realising it. Or perhaps you do have a glitch.

a way to test it go around and kill everyone in every city, including the heros guild. then slaughter every trader, also take the evil missions kill you sister, and kill three living heros before you get to jack the second time, put his mask on. break windows in town for some reason that help me alot. if that dont work i would reinstall game or maybe just start a new hero. good luck

mabey you already know this but your clothes dont effect how you look like.. so if your 95% evil with dark clothes and far less without you just need to rage some towns

You're not going to believe this. I just started an evil hero last week and he's up to the arena and he looks like he's molting. First of all, he has the horns, but they keep growing bigger. I wouldn't have thought anything about this except that isn't all that's changing. His eyes are glowing red with unnatural light. Flies are buzzing above his head. Half of his hair has fallen out on its own. His teeth are rotting. His skin has gone pale white. His hands have turned into black scales with a strange glow inside them. This phenomena continues up to his elbows almost. The same thing has happened to his feet running up to his knees. The rest of his body has scars on it and he resonates
some kind of black and red mist about him as well. I'm not entirely sure what to make of it, but if I had to guess, I would probably say he might be transforming into something like a Dreadwing or even a dragon.
