Question how good is this game???

i play (jag, actually, on) dungeon lords and also i am a big fan of the elderscrolls series - how does fable stack up as an rpg???
is it as short as reviewers say it is?
is it very replayable like the two aforementioned rpg's?
how about the stroyline?? any good?? does it pull u in like the other 2??
TIA for any help - am considering buying fable for the character customization promised

i dont know the game dungeon lord but i do play morrowind and fable, i find that fable is verry verry small in compare to morrowind. you have to stay on the road with fable, there is onley a small amount of armor and weapons. but fable just looks much better and the storyline is great, cause of the good and evil things you want/have to do.

the reviews do say that you can play to the game in 12 hours, but that are the main quest, not the side quest.

i dont play morrowind for so long, but if i have to pick 1 of them id say fable TLC i finished it a long time ago and im still playing it. just to find secrets and stuff.. or to get rid of my anger.. just slaughter some villages, they will just respawn in a while so that doest matter

The game van be played with keybord and mouse.. the camera view is changed with the scoller (near/far away) and with the mouse for the looking around you.

I agree, fable is a great game, the story line is a bit short and epuiptment is limited, but theres heaps of cool things in it *SPOILER* llike the frying pan, beating guards, doing no damage and then getting fined for it

The game is ok, I guess. I haven't got a whole lot of experience with rpg's but judging by reviews the game is crap compared to something like morrowind. Oh well....
