When your evil your eyes go black and glow red right so what do u have to do to get your eyes to go magic blue glow?
I think it's a light blue or white glow if I recall correctly. Can't remember as it's been a while since I last played the game.

eh well that depends on what u mean by glowing blue eyes. If you mean like flaming blue(pretty much the eveil eyes but blue instead of red) i dont know about that one. If you mean All blue eyes (like ur yes are completly blue) you need to be a master in the ways of the will(side effects include blue tattoos all over ur body) and ya might not want to be evil so you can see them

how does one come about getting blue flaming eyes
There is a blue glow but that's only when you have maxed out your will skill.
