Question End Of Game Glitch

I beat the entire story line of the game and whenever i go out of the bronze doors it says i have to go get my mother's soul when i already did.
whathappened????

I'm not sure about this glitch myself since I have never encountered it before. Do you have two or more profiles in the game? Because I ever encountered some odd glitches as a result of having more than one profile.

Delete the profile that you're not using. See whether it works or not. It worked for me the last time I played the game.
