Digging Tricks (Merged)

I'm not sure if this Glitch is even reproducable. However, let me tell you how I did it.

I was in the Darkwood Weir, and I was by the cave entrance which leads to Barrow fields. I stood on the left side of it, and I dug. I dug up the hill, southward.

After around 30 minutes of digging, I came to somethind weird. It seems that over the hill there is still a field, trees, and another hill. I did not understand why the programmers have left this behind, because no one is supposed to ever see this! Puzzeled, I continued digging. Until, I saw the game start to load (like it does before cutscenes) and when the movie of me digging started again, I was warped! Puzzeled even more, I looked up at my map.

It said that I was teleported to the side, I was still south of the road going through Darkwood Weir, only somehow, something did not fit. The geography of the place seemed off, because when I pointed my character to the road, and began to walk forward (sneaking), I saw that where the road was supposed to be on the map, there was an empty void!

Alas! I had seen this void before, when I dug out of a maps borders. But here it just did not fit! Confused, I turned and snuck towards the river, where the chest is to be found. But from the usual Darkwood forest ground, made of dark twigs and black dirt, I saw green grass. I walked forward (I was sneaking) and according to the map, I was in the river. But there was no river to be seen here. I was simply in a grassy plane with hills and ditches. I was in another plane!

And thats the end of this story, I'll edit when I find out if I can reproduce it. Thanks for reading, and see if you can do this yourself! It is a quite odd experience.

Getting outside Bargate Prison

Have you ever been bored in fable, walked to Bargate Prison and just explored? Well, here is something. Ever look down with your bow to the Island itself? Here is how to acually walk on the outside of Bargate Prison.

Okay, first of all, I did this with Fable original, on Xbox. I have no idea if this works on PC versions and TLC.

I stood at the "main" entrance to Bargate Prison, the large gate on the south side of the courtyard. I dug. And I dug through it. That simple. Then, your are outside of Bargate Prison! Try walking around outside, but most of all, go behind the prison. Thats fun, because back there you can actually walk through the walls without trouble or digging. Enjoy the glitch!

And here is another fun one for you, also in Bargate Prison. This one is a bit pointless, but here it is.

Walk into cell block two, thats the one with the fallen bunch of rocks blocking your way to any cells. Stand back to the entrance door and dig until you get through. Now your should be in a small chamber.

Just walk through the black void at the end, and behold! Somehow you just got outside and the cell block two was an island floating in a sea of nothingness. Now, walk around the actual cell block and you should see through walls. Enter one of the cells, and you cannot of back. You are now behind the pile of rubble blocking your path back.

If you want to get back to Bargate courtyard, or just want to leave, either dig through the rubble or teleport.

UPDATE: Yes, today I have found out that this glitch is indeed reproductable. I did it again, and I was placed in the same exact spot as before, after about 5 minutes of digging. My theory is that this place is... I have no idea it is has a "map" of its own, and there is no way of getting to it but this way (as far as I know). What I cannot understand would be, why on Earth was this place even in the game? Maybe it is the whole dragon cliff thing everyone says was found in the code. Any ideas? Try this on your own xbox, see that I'm not a liar.

I would take a screenshot, but first of all I cannot because I use a tv, the screenshot would look horrible. And I also do not own a scanner. And because someone is bound to say its a fake, so try for yourself. Oh and one more thing, teleporting works to get out.

These digging tricks are well known, I think, but you can only do them in the original Fable.
