Can you get the Scorms Bow without doing the Trader Quest?

I am further in the game and I can't do the Trader Quest. Can you sacrifice people at the Temple to get one? Anything would help.

You can go to the Chapel of Skorm at any time. You don't have to be on a particular quest.

To my understanding(it's been awhile since I've gone after Skorm's Bow), but I believe you just have to make quite a number of sacrifices. After sacrificing enough(I preferably use the guys that offer to aid you in your quest), Skorm will eventually grant you his bow.
