buying items from rented out buildings

hi all, i am a new forumer. i was wondering, can items still be bought from buildings that are being rented out such as the armory?

Nope, welcome to the forums, I have tested this and got extremely mad when I couldnt get the solus great sword when i the shop owner in bower stone north followed me so i could kill him

. When I got back I rented his old shop out, waited for like 5 game days, finnaly someone moved in and they were a regular person. I suppose the reason for this is becuase they are scared becuase they think ther is like a serial killer in ther village who kills armourers. LOL!
