I can't beat the Bandit Spy Extraction Quest. The stupid loser dies every 5 seconds

The Game is glitching. I used slow time to run past the guards, and then in bowerstone North when I went to leave it said the quest wasn't over. Then I don't even get a trophy, even when I go back out and kill the guard (who are still there, why?)

If anyone can help it would be mucho appreciated

I had the exact same thing happen. This glitch is unbelievable. To correct my game, what I did was finished the quest all over again- it lets you take it yet again when you go outside the gate. Then instead of slow-time, I only used slow time twice and then made the trader wait in a safe area.

I went and killed all the guards, then had the trader follow me the rest of the way. Finally I got the trophy. It seems this does not work at all if you use slow time the whole way through or try to cheat.

I'm just curious. Did Otto give you a sharpening aug. as "your share" of the loot? He did that with me before he left. And I tried leaving him behind in another area but when I went back to get him and returned, the guards were back again.
