rogue assassin

So i have been workin on my rogue. I have my rogue at level 5 and Assassin level 16. I am looking to do lots of damage by using sneak attack.

Str:12
Dex:20
Con:13
Int: 16
Wis:8
Cha:12.
Skills
Spot
listen
Hide move silently
tumble
balance
jump
intimidate
sleight of hand
espace artist
disguise
Feats
need help with those
Equipment
only have 1.4 millions gold to spend
a good short sword - thinking of backstabber +6 short sword and +2d6 on sneak attack
light armor - no clue wat so ever
Any help would b great
