How can I see THAC0

Hi everybody.. been playing for some 15 hrs, so far, yet I can't tell where I can see THAC0 with every different build I'd like to try.

I played TOEE and so I understand the great part of the mechanics, but, as I haven't good memory, I can't tell on the fly if it's better to equip this battle axe or that dwarven waraxe, or to go dual wielding or similar things.

As the game already requires a lot of time to accomplish equipping or trading items, I was wondering if there's a way to know THAC0.. maybe I'm just missing it!
can anyone help?
thanks a ton
Kred

Good news! THAC0 is gone, since this is 3.5

D'oh! O.o
didn't know that.. I said I wasn't paying too much attention to written rules! =)

so, how can I say my barbarian has some penalty using, for instance, two weapons as he hasn't dual wield?
can't do that by trying since there's no record of dice cast

The Hypertext d20 SRD (v3.5 d20 System Reference Document) :: d20srd.org

Compare the features of DND tactics to the actual 3.5 rules of DND on this website. Easy to understand and follow.

As for two weapon fighting- the feat is merely called Two Weapon Fighting and requires 15 dexterity, otherwise the dexterity can be up to -10/-6 with no training.

Ok, thank you Siberys..I reckon I'm a little lazy boy: I hoped there was a way in game, but ur references are more than welcome.. two weapon fighting (as you correctly point out) was a mere instance: my real doubt was about my half-orc barbarian wielding an orc double-axe.. I think there was something bound to this weapon I recall from TOEE, but I'll go and find out in my 3.5 handbook

thank u all
Kred

edit: got it: it's like using two weapons (that's the reason of the low dmg) and it would require ambidexterity and two weapon fighting to use it efficiently.. as usual I'll stick with the great axe
thank you again!

You don't need ambidexterity as that's a non-existent feat. You simply need two weapon fighting and that's it.

u seem a li'l unkind, but..
I recall there was an ambidexterity feat, which effect was eliminating the increased penalty in figthing with the off-hand. (-10 vs -6 you mentioned)
I've just gone and read 3.5 and I've come to know there isn't such a feat anymore..
anyway, no gain in keeping this 3d alive: you told me what I needed to know (even tho I'd have preferred there was a way to see a weapon efficiency): thank you again

Just wanted to add there is still ambidexterity but it's a class feature of the tempest prestige class.
