Actually, it's hide is used to make Dragonhide, a semi-valuable substance to blacksmith's who don't want to fight a dragon just to satisfy there customers.
Special Materials :: Dragonhide

It's not worth much really, I'd say a 3 foot by 3 foot square wouldn't be worth more than 300 gold. But, then again, if you fight a gargantuan dragon, it's an extra 3,000 or so just because of the size of the dragon, if you have a bag of holding of course.

There is, but I can't post anything here because it's not on the wizards open license thing. Basically, that link I posted above has all the information that is allowed to be posted for the game of 3.5 DND.

Dragonbone weapons are located in the 3.5 supplement, Draconomicon, and that's the only book they're located in. But if you happen to have it, look in the equipment seciton for players under "Dragoncraft Items." and you'll find a bunch of uses for a dead dragons bodyparts.

Basically it's the only thing you can do: Take more.
You took everythning, now take the dragon (or parts of it ).
Teeth, blood etc... all nice and mythical goods.

I would look twice as a DM to see if the action isn't evil though.

Gotta agree there. If you're skinning a dragon that attacked you because you know it would be better for defense considering that you're a druid, that's somewhat legitimate. But if you're a dragon hunter and you're basically making a profit out of selling their skins to a blacksmith regularly, that's definitely a chaotic act if not completely evil.

do you know how much dragon blood and teeth would fetch on the market or would the blood have an affect if you drank it?

Unless your DM makes a house rule about this, absolutely nothing. You couldn't get a price for it because there isn't an item in DND that uses Dragon Blood, and drinking blood doesn't give you special powers.

As for teeth, more than likely nothing if it's not in the Draconomicon under Dragoncraft Items.

To be honest though, the hoard should be enough. Dragons have 4 times the treasure that an opponent of equal challenge would have.

Well, Dragonhide is good because it lets a druid use a breastplate or a chainmail (or if they have proficiency, a full plate) legitimately without going against their code. Yeah, there is better armor out there, but for druids nothing is better than dragonhide in a players eyes.

Umm, I don't know. This really has nothing to do with the thread in question, please keep it on topic.

Here's what I did

Greetings and Salutations. This is my first post here and this thread brought back memories. I havent played D&D in years but I had a character who had a Knack for running into dragons. This is what Pesto did:

1. He had a red dragon and a black dragon stuffed and placed on top of two of the towers in the fortress he and his 2 closest friends built. Please dont ask what the taxidermist charged. 2. He made a boat out of a green one with some help from an elven shipbuilder. and a tank out of a blue one, well more like a battle wagon {troops rode in the belly and a fighter/mu drove it from the cockpit in the head the driver had every lightning spell memorized as well as a staff of thunder and lightning and a wand of lightning for extra kick.} 3. He also had 5 hang gliders made from the wings of a couple of red dragons. AAHH memories!!
