@Romeo-
Please use the Edit function at the bottom right hand of your post to add in more to your post, rather than double/triple post as you did. It helps reduce clutter here, not to mention it is against the rules.
Besides, in this type of thread, you really only ever need to post once anyways.

Me: Male, 30-something, very experienced gamer (D&D 1,2,3,3.5; Deadlands; Shadowrun 1,2; Traveler; Dark Conspiracy; Vampire: The Masquerade; Star Wars; Paranoia; I'm sure there are others). I have GMed & played dozens of games for over 20 years. I have my own vehicle, heh. I promise to bring some great RP to the table without a lot of drama (there's a pun in there somewhere). And I promise to work with the party to achieve goals, rather than secretly undermine them behind everyone's backs. Believe it or not!
Looking for: a gaming group in the Twin Cities, Minnesota.
Requirements: No drugs, no teenagers, no smoking (unless you do it outside), no powergamers, no killer DMs or immaturity. (sounds like an impossible request now that I write it out, chuckle)
Preferences: D&D 3.5 (I haven't been able to play a D&D char for over 20 years), but somewhat open to others.
My gaming beliefs: Characters are developed *before* the stats are rolled. Stats are a way of describing the character, not the other way around. Rules are guidelines, a framework for the universe; not inflexible doctrines, nor easily broken. The GM believes that he is there to help us tell a story about our characters, help them grow, and provide challenges to allow this. The GM asks the players what they hope their characters will turn into one day and actually listens to the answers, then does his best to assist in that journey. The whole point of gaming is to have FUN!
Weird. Feels like I'm placing a singles ad. Heh.
If you like what you see send me an email.

Is anyone running an online Play by Post game?
I'm a 22 year old who is kind of new to the game and would like to get more gaming in. Play by post is the only way I think I could really work it.
I agree with the above post about not wanting to have to deal with killer DMs and wanting to develop my characters.

Looking for a laid back group. One with players that don't have bad tempers. One who doesn't mind have a gay player who likes to play obscure races. Also a group who realises that you don't always have to make a dice roll to roleplay.

I live in Lorain county of Ohio ,and I'm looking for a group. I've never DMed before ,but I have all of the books on my computer for 3.5 ,and I'd like to try. I'm looking for a group pretty close to me if possible because I have an eye problem that prevents me from driving. So unless you can drive I'd like people near the Lorain/Elyria area. I can build my own campaigns because I have pieces of several lying around that I've been working on for a couple of years. I just have been searching unsuccessfully for a group.
I can ,and would like to do what I call independant D20 games. Which uses the rules of D&D yet is modified to be based off of a movie or anime series etc.
I would also like to try an online version using Yahoo's IM conferencing capabilities. my IM is darius_wolveire817 if anyone would like to give it a try. You can e-mail me for responses if you'd like as well please.

Has anyone ever been to/or is enrolled in classes at Elgin Community College? If you have a period between 2-5:30, then visit the hub. I'll be hanging out in the middle of the room, or playing super smash bros. (the original) up front. just look for a laptop with a saber tooth lime on it ill be in the area. Also, my friend (the one with the sabertooth lime laptop) has a skype that we could use to play online. it has a dice rolling program to make the rolls more public, so no cheating. Ill find out her skype eventually. contact me through my email, thelaffingman1@aol.com. looking for someone to play 3.5 it can be anyone of any alignment. ill be running a personal campaign or the worlds largest dungeon if we get over like 4 people. ask for details through aol
