Monks and Ninjas

So, monk's and ninja's have the same, +wis to ac. I dont think it stacks but a friend of mine was wondering. He had brought up the fact that Uncanny dodge stacked from different classes, but Im still not sure if they do, nothing states that they dont... Thanks guys.

They don't stack. It's the same bonus (from the same stat, for what it's worth), so they don't stack. Same goes for the Swordsage. What's more, the Ninja class feature says it doesn't stack with Monk. Uncanny Dodge stacks because it's explicitly stated that it does, like Dodge bonuses stack.
