Looking for a good combat time measuring tool

Hi everybody, has anyone of you come across some good combat time measuring tool? In fact, all I need is to check the duration of all the spells, which are being cast during fight, so it should be nothing complicated. Every tip is welcome. Thanks

Hmm, for spells that last in minutes or hours, not sure on that.

But for spells that last rounds and might be over during combat, use dice. If something lasts 4 rounds, just use a 4 sided dice and give it to the player or keep track of it yourself, always worked for me.
