Crit Tables

does anyone know where i can find some good crit and fumble tables, cos damage x2/3 gets boring after a while

What my group usually does for critical misses is as follows:

roll a d10, on a roll of a 1, the weapon is dropped. On a 2, the player hits themself. On anything else, each number corresponds to a another player (not the targeted enemy), and they get hit. On any other number number, nothing happens.
