Question Balancing a prestige class

Waddyathink?

Priest of Levitar

Requirements:
Alignment: Any good
Skills: 6 ranks in Knowledge (Religion) and 8 ranks in Heal
Spells: Able to cast level 1 divine spells
Domain: Healing
Special: Must have Levitar as deity

Class Skills:
Concentration, Knowledge (Relegion), Knowledge (The Planes), Heal, Sense Motive, Spellcraft and Diplomacy
Skill points Each Level: 2+ intelligence modifier
Hit die: D8

All levels have +1 divine spellcaster progression
1 st Enpower Healing, Turn Undead, Code of Levitar
2 nd Divine Health, Weapon Focus (Mace)
3 rd Augumented Healing, Healing Ray
4 th
5 th Weapon Specialization (Mace)
6 th Maximized Healing
7 th
8 th Sacred Healing, Bonus Domain
9 th
10 th Supreme Healing

Class Features:
Weapon and Armour Profiency: The Priest of Levitar gains weapon profiency with Mace and Tower Shield.
Code of Levitar: As a Priest of Levitar, the character can no longer cast any inflict spells. Another thing is that he is bounded to heal and help the wounded and the innocent. Some exceptions exists of course. Evil creatures should be first tried to be atoned before a Priest of Levitar determine their other fate instead.
Enpower Healing: All healing spells from the healing domain are automatically enpowered. This abillity does not heighten the spell levels.
Turn Undead: Add the Priest of Levitar to all cleric levels to determine the power and success of turning attemps.
Divine Health: At 2nd level the Priest of Levitar becomes immune to all supernatural and normal diseases, including magical diseases.
Weapon Focus (Mace): The Priest of Levitar gains the Weapon Focus (Mace) as a bonus feat at 2nd level.
Bonus Domain: The Priest of Levitar may choose an extra domain related to Levitar. He gains all domain powers and spells as usual.
Agumented Healing: At 3rd level he gains Agumented Healing as a bonus feat if he does not already have it.
Weapon Specialization (Mace): The Priest of Levitar gains the Specialization (Mace) as a bonus feat at 5th level.
Maximized Healing: With this abillity all spells form the Healing Domain are automatically maximized. This abillity replaces the Enpower abillity and does not heighten the spell levels.
Healing Ray: As the character gains this skill, he can use Cure spells as a ray with close range (Instead of a touch attack). The spell effect does not change otherwise.
Sacred Healing: The prestige class gains the divine feat Sacred Healing for free if he does not already have it.
Supreme Healing: With this abillity, the Priest of Levitar casting a Healing domain spell gains the benefits of both Maximize and Enpower feats without heightening the spell level.

More information on the limitations is required mate. Does the PC need to belong to the church of Levitar? Are they required to perform church duties? What are the offsets of the class? What does Levitar demand of the members of this class?

The class itself doesn't seem terribly unbalanced - although I don't see the need for the Weapon Specialisation. Seems very Paladinic, too.

Cheers,
TGHO

I know, but I don't know what other abillities he could have instead. (Somthing to do with Levitar - God of Healing). He is far from a specialist of Turning, so don't come up with any Greater Turning stuff .

I made this class for my campaing and for the god Levitar (Healing and protection). All clerics of Levitar could become a priest of levitar (As they are a part of the Levitar temple and curches)....

Does spell progression continue at all? I'd have to say that if yes, that would be great, but if not it looks like you'd end up with super powerful low level heal spells and thats about it.

Not this class no, but Radiant Servent of Pelor has similarities with the healing feat scheme (empower, maximize and supreme healing).

it says All levels have +1 divine spellcaster progression on the top of levels..

you could give the class an damage\healing bonus when damaging\healing undeads in stead of the weapon Specialization feat?? just a suggestion.

the class othervise looks ok.(e den the clericen på gruppa di johan?)

I prefer Grimar's suggestion to the Weapon Specialisation. Probably extra healing spells, or a bonus to healing allies. Something like that.

Cheers,
