Skill abuse?

I've done some searching, but couldn't find anything on the topic. So here goes.

When taking overbear, it states that it adds to your two-handed weapon damage. Up to 50%. Would that mean that it adds to ranged weapon damage as well? Since bow, crossbow and throwing weapons is described as two-handed?

I wouldn't mind making Flawless have a damage of 147-394 instead of 98-263.

It only affects two-handed melee damage.
