Question w/ attacking

Im fairly new to this game, but i saw an option under game tab when enabled, 1 click keeps attacking that enemie until its dead, then afterwards he just sits there. Ok my question is ... is there some kind of option that lets your selected hero just keep attacking enemies without giving him a command (like ds1). You click next to a hoarde of monsters and he will kill everything in that area.
Thanks

- A single right click will attack the target monster.
- Click the right button then keep it held down to continue attacking until the target is dead

Yes, the auto attack is under the IN-GAME settings. You can not do this from the settings in the load screen, but must be in-game and playing. Each setting is PER CHARACTER, so if you switch to another character (if you have more than one) it will be as default until you set it for that one. The settings are persistant once set.

I don't remember the name of the settings, but there are two. One attacks the clicked foe until it is dead. The other option is attacks all foes within range (like the DS1 settings).

While your style of gameplay is up to you, I suggest against the second setting. There are times where you do NOT want to attack certain foes, and the AI can't make that call. Play with both settings (both together, and each of their own) to see which works best for you.

Good gaming.
