Quest 10 and 14(secondary) Act 1 help*possible spoiler*

What is quest 10? I can't seem to find it. Also in quest 14 where are the stones for the stone holders? Stone of Life is one but I cannot find it.

#10 You have to find the blacksmith in a cave in the desert. If you want the max exp then get the ore. Come back at 20th level to get the anvil/hammer. When you come to the T intersection go left for the ore.

#14 You get from the old man in the Inn.
