need help resurrection problem

I need help one of my hire is showing dead wit ha tomb stone and I can not find her. I am not able to resurrect. is there a patch available to retrieve.

When a member of your party dies then they will remain on the ground where they were kiled,until you speak to a member of the guild of death or cast a ressurection spell on the corpse

In other words either go to her corpse or pay a necromancer (guy with tombstone above his head in towns)
