mysterious teleporter activation stone?

Hi all. Quick question about this thing. I just "killed" the little guy who runs around, and he dropped this, but when I picked it up there was a strange noise but it's not in my inventory. Is this normal?

Is normal, check you journal, 'press j' , quest items the last one. added, Misterious stone.

Thanks! I did check my journal but I didn't see it. Maybe I didn't go that far in the back of the journal. (I also noticed that there is no indication that anything new has been added.)

But good to know, now I can stop worrying about a bug!

I found 1 in broken world from the ??? monster and it was in my inventory!
wat do i do?
