Mysterious items area

I need help to access the mysterious items area of the game. I have read that you need 4 mysterious items to access the secret area of the game, a bucket, a book, a token , and a mysterious stone that drops from the level 100 ??? guy.
I have them all but I don’t have the chant that I must cast on the shrine in order to be teleported to the secret area. How do I acquire the chant? The hints I read says that I need the stone to decipher the chant but I haven’t any chant to decipher only the mysterious stone.

You don't acquire a chant. You just type it in manually when you're at a shrine.

???? Can you just type a chant instead of reciting it??!!! Well that is is new for me. Do you just type it or to you have to press a special character before like '~' ?
