Hak'u quest 1

I don't know if I missed something but I can't seem to figure out how to get through the gate to rescue Tanzi so I can get the first Hak'u quest. I have went back and searched for Morain and can't find her so I assume I talked to her when I went through the first time.. any help would be appreciated.

When I met Morain second time I played, our conversation was interrupted when I was attacked, when the fight was over she'd disappeared, and the cut scene at the gate didn't happen. I went to the infirmary and talked to them, and that sorted the problem for me. Hopefully It'll sort it for you as well.
