Game Editor?

Forgive me if anyone asked this already, but search turned up nothing...

Is there a game editor for DS2? I downloaded the one that was available in DS1, but it won't install because it can't find DS1. It doesn't appear to be included in DS2 unless I'm missing it somewhere.

Well, to answer my own question, it seems that they have not *yet* released the modding tools yet. At least, that's what I gather from the posts over at http://www.siege-mods.com.
