Dead character

One of my party characters died. I went to the guy that does the ressurection, he says that I should bring a corpse to him if I want someone ressurected. When I later fired up the game, the party member is lying dead next to that necromancer, and the necro still says I have to bring a corpse to revive. Also, how can I disband that dead character? I want someone else in the party, and I don't want to pay to that inn keeper, when I already have a perfect spot here.

Any help appreciated.

Just use a scroll of resurect or the spell of resurection (nature).

To disband a character open is inventory and it should be an icon that say disband this character. It's near the level of your character.
