can`t start Broken World

Hi.

I installed Broken World just recently and i have proper saves from DS2. Finished Valdis on merc and I`d like to continue merc in Broken World act 4. There is a problem however. I can`t start single player Broken World. In fact I can`t do anything; no converting existing chars, no option of use pre-made chars, no nothing. I`m hitting single player in main menu and there`s no reaction.

Is it matter of Broken World installation folder? Should I install in DS2 folder? How can I fix it?

some info what I have: DS2 v2.2 +2 mods, 1 char which finished merc with these mods. ALL_SAVES didn`t help with Broken World but it doesn`t matter as I can`t even start with pre-made chars . Pls help

As a potential quick solution you might try uninstalling and re-installing Broken World .....

already did it 3 times in different folders

the way it worked for me was simple, i just copy the folder with my hero in BW folder... u know ... from C:\Documents and Settings\Smurf\My Documents\My Games\Dungeon Siege 2\Save u drop them into C:\Documents and Settings\Smurf\My Documents\My Games\Dungeon Siege 2 Broken World\Save ...in this case u have ur hero available 2 play directly on BW (or maybe u will have to convert him - im not sure) ... but thats the most logical way to make it work ... good luck

P.S. - SMURF is my user ID...for u is something ELSE for sure hhehe

OMG!!!!!!!! IT`S WORKING. sorry that I bothered you, thread closed. it was one of mods in ds2 resource folder. damn didn`t check it because its not in Broken World folders duh. ok thank you for help anyway
