a2c8p5 - Defeat the Dragon (some trouble)

The Siege of Snowbrook Haven Part II: Defeat the Dragon.
The dragon is not coming and balista is not working.
A golden star is here but nothing is happen.
What is wrong?

You have done what the knights have ask you to do: Killed all the monsters on top of the castle, returned down stairs again and there helped them defeat an attack? Only then you will see the video of the attacking dragon as well as a working balista to shoot it ...

I done all this tasks. And i seen the movie with dragon.
BUT, after all, the dragon is not coming and balista is not working.
It's seems like some script error, but what can i do in this situation?

ISSUE: After the commander at Snowbrook haven tells you to attack Talon the dragon, you either can't find it when you go to the ballista (very large crossbow) at the top of the castle, or you die or save, then can't find Talon upon your return.

NOTE: This problem should be fixed with the DS2 v2.2 patch, released September 29th, 2005. But, apparently not for everyone. If you still have this, and are sure that Talon isn't standing to left or right of the ballista (Talon can stand in 3 different spots, making you manually aim the ballista). If it's not there, see this thread for a user-created mod that might help get you past the fight altogether.

I just found this on http://garage.gaspowered.com/?q=dsiiknownissues and did not know there was a problem with this.
