Tell me how can i revive a hero without having the magic skill lv. 5. Becouse my first team member (Urula i think?) was killed and now she's just laying on the ground

You can still resurrect party members IF you have a resurrect scroll or spell in the spellbook. If you don't have any of those, then you're probably better off in taking the dead member's equipment and recruiting a new member of your team.
