LOA stuck

I've been through everything, I don't have the Stone of Llhoac, have been
searching everywhere. Been all the way back to the the original town and back 10 times. cleared the swamp found the undead and killed them all,
found kirr, he won't talk to me anymore, the teleporter at the swamp camp doesn't work, have no idea what I need to do now, do I need to swap one of my people for Kirr or what?

Please help! I have been hours going back and forth!

If you've been to Fen then you have about 1/3 of the game to go. The Stone is closer to the game end not Fen. Search left and right as you leave the second beach you come to. Its not near the first beach.
