Finding Nirr

What game are you playing? Must be a map of ds.

Nirr is the guy in Chapter 2, "Special Delivery" Quest, Dungeon Siege LOA. He is the guy you have to talk to to get to Xulphae's Cove. I do not know where to find this Nirr person to get that quest. Any ideas?

If you freed Illicor go north through the towers until you see a person in a blue and yellow robe. She tells you about the apprentist.
