Eastern Swamp Quest Question

At the foot of the dock over the Eastern Swamp, I found a person lying on the ground who gave me an item to put on the altar of a sacred Temple. The only "Temple" I have seen so far was the building with the garden in it, which has the Lost Witch and a whole lot of chests, but I couldn't seem to put the item on the altar in there. Have I not reached it yet, or am I just doing something wrong?

The temple is a house inside of a graveyard. Swamp is pretty big.. you will run into it eventually.

If you are at the entrance to the swamp, you know where the guy is sitting by the first boarded walkway and he gives you the item to put on the alter.


From there if you follow the boarder of the map to the right( staying in the water) you should see the entrace to swamp tombs are whatever it is called, then right after that if you keep following the map around the peremeter you will see the entrance to the goblin mines. It is at the base of a swamp tree I think. Make sure you have plenty of potions first. Are you will be back to buy more.
