Can someone please help. i have cleared the cold storage and the spider cave but i have no idea where to go I cant find any un explored areas to continue to pleasehelp

I presume that's Dungeon Siege 1: Legends of Aranna, so the Dungeon Siege 1 forum is the one you want Hill

After killing the Boss Spider, you continue down a hallway to a pair of displacers. Take one back to the original town, and talk to the mayor. Then return to the same cave, via displacer, and take the other displacer to the beach, on the island, to continue on.

Did you ever reach the area where the Boss Spider (Lost Queen, I think) is?
